iChoose is a programme of holistic activities, classes and groups that provides a place for people overcoming addictions to make new friends, develop support networks and try new things.

Accessing activities and support in recovery can be daunting; iChoose offers something for everybody, from acupuncture to bike repairs, in a friendly, safe and supportive environment.

iChoose was launched in 2021 and is part funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
