Supportive Housing

Following the 12-week programme, not everybody feels ready and able to move on to living independently.

We offer transitional accommodation with a programme of support for those who feel they would benefit from require some additional time before moving on.

In addition to transitional accommodation, we also provide semi-supported accommodation for people with longer term support requirements.
